Family business, three decades of knowledge – in the service of quality

My name is László Mihályi (Michlberger) . My passion for making pálinka began in 1994, when I started working as an apprentice in a local distillery. A few years later, I continued working as the owner of the same distillery.

Our Piliscsévi brewery has since grown into a true family business, where several generations work together to bottle the unique flavor and aroma of local fruits and deliver them to our consumers.

Michlberger pálinkas are produced exclusively in small stills , copper stills , and gas-fired stills. They are made using a process called manual bottling.

Our own products have been commercially available since 2006 – since then they have been offered in several wine houses and restaurants in the region, and almost every pálinka lover in the Esztergom area knows us.
